I’m offering personalized gift certificates for commissioned portraits to give this Christmas. Each certificate is mailed to you to wrap and give, with the portrait created in the new year.

A gift certificate is $325 and includes an original, hand-drawn 6×8 graphite portrait of a person or animal, professionally framed in off-white solid wood to 9×12, with shipping within the United States included. It is paid for in full when purchased and does not expire.

Choosing a photo

I draw each portrait from one clear reference photo. If you already have photos you’re considering, you’re welcome to send them when purchasing the certificate. I can help you choose the strongest one and schedule the portrait for January.

Otherwise, the recipient can choose their own favorite photos to send me after opening their gift, and I can schedule the portrait directly with them. My contact information will be on the back of the certificate so they can get in touch with me.
